Great Agers will start meeting again on Friday, September 13, at 11:30am in Bethany’s Fellowship Hall. Bring a dish to share and your own table service. The main dish and beverage will be provided. As of August 22, 2019, the NEW parking lot is completed! The church building will be officially opened on Saturday, August 24 in the early morning.
This parking lot is so much more than concrete and tar. For the church, it is a visible blessing from God how God leads the congregation into a comeback. Our fundraiser for Paving Our Way to Christ is officially open. We’ll be collecting items from May 9 to June 5. Our drop off date to Savers is scheduled for the morning of June 6. Fundrive packets containing information about the drive, tax receipt and gallon trash bag are located in the Narthex. Pick up some packets and invite your friends, neighbors and extended family to participate. The more we donate, the more we earn.

Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 Blessed Beginnings is hosting Vision and Hearing testing for children ages 3 and up. This will help detect any issues a child may be having. If you have a child or grandchild who could use testing, it is only $4 for each test. The long-awaited Special Session of the General Conference has finished its work. This special session was convened to decide our denomination’s stance on human sexuality. As you may already know, the delegates chose the Traditional Plan rather than the One Church Plan that was overwhelmingly supported by the Council of Bishops.
